Arming your Sales Force by watching ~500 governments at once

We have a company that needed to know when certain regulations in California were coming into force. There are 481 municipal governments or equivalent in California and the CEO was spending his time in search engines for these. That needed to stop!
Will go over the evolution and how I ended up with a solution that can be run every few weeks and gives the sales force a leg up on their competition.
